A must see when in Brisbane is Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. It is a really nice small zoo with Aussie animals.
It is quit affordable 35 dollars for 1 day and 70 dollars for a yearly. I have a yearly because I can’t get enough of the animals 🙂
They have presentations of koala’s, snakes, sheepdog show and birdfeeding.
My favorite part of the Sanctuary is the Kangaroo enclosure where you can touch and feed them. There is also Emu’s, duck’s and bushturkey’s running around. There is Grey Kangaroo’s, Red Kangaroo’s and wallaby’s. The animals is very calm and easy going and it is a joy to pet and feed them.
I love it here and I always get so happy coming to experience them up close.
The Koala’s are really cute and the have many good inclosures for them where you can see them up close as well. I you want a photo it is possible to hold a Koala, what a great memory to bring home.
It is a good day for children and adult’s or if you just love animals.
